1. Q:  Can I charge in my 110V outlet? and what is the output voltage?

This Portable EV Charger has an adapter that you can use for either 110V or 220V (the small cord). these cords do not change the voltage, they only monitor for faults and send what ever voltage the unit is plugged into, through to the car.

2. Q: Can the level 1-2 charger with nema 6-20 plug charge at 16 amp rate with 120v when adapted to either a nema 5-20r or a nema tt-30r?
