What is the process of cooling and setting?

The characteristics of the cooling and setting process: the temperature performance is the main, the melt temperature gradually decreases until the demolding temperature, there is no melt flow in this process, and the specific volume and cavity pressure of the melt change under the influence of temperature. Temperature decreases specific volume and cavity pressure decreases.



The purpose of studying the injection molding process is to adjust the parameters of the injection molding process according to the materials and products, and to control the quantity of injection molded products.
